Kia Ora from New Zealand.
Just over 20 years ago I bought my first oil bottle and since then I have worked hard at building my collection.
Collecting petroliana has become a way of life for us and we have made many life long friends all over the world. Have a look through this gallery and I'm sure you will see items of interest. As a New Zealand based collection you will see items that are not found else where. We welcome visitors so if your ever in the deep south of New Zealand please make contact.

My collection of motoring memorabilia and signs began 15 years ago, after a visit to a friend's garage to see his classic cars. All the walls were covered in motoring enamel signs. "It's much better than looking at the bricks he said, and they look great with my old cars". Then, after a visit to the Cotswolds Motor Museum at Bourton-on-the-Water, I started my collection with my first sign, a John Bull Tyres enamel sign. I now have in the region of 400 enamel signs and various globes and pumps to display with my cars. During the past 15 years of collecting, I have had some interesting finds, enjoyed the hunt and met many collectors who have become good friends. Aston Gary.

I started collecting automobilia when I was 16, ever since I was a small boy I have been fascinated by cars, as soon as I could drive a strong interest in motoring memorabilia followed, especially old petrol and oil related items, I have travelled all over the country picking up items and attending auto jumbles. since then I have focused my collecting on motor oil bottles and the collection has now grown to probably 200 bottles and other items.

After an involvement with the Motor Industry for many years I have acquired a passion for "Classic Motor Cars". This has led to my collection of over 30 cars covering a wide selection of manufacturers all in pristine restored condition. Many of the cars date from the 1930's representing Lagonda, Jaguar, M.G., Aston Martin & others with more recent examples from Mercedes, Lamborgini & Ferrari. In more recent years I have been collecting a wide range of Petroliana, early pumps, globes, signs & smaller items. There are currently about 600 pieces displayed alongside my classic cars but the collection is still in the process of rapid growth!
